A special away ride this month. We will be riding the West Orange Trail from Winter Garden toward Apopka. We will meet at the parking lot behind the Winter Garden City Hall, 300 W. Plant St (between S. Central and S. Highland Ave.), wheels down and ready to ride at 9:15 AM. The ride start is about an hour from Sumter Landing. The ride is open to all levels of riders. Since we will be riding a dedicated trail, the distance and speed you ride will be up to you. Following the ride, we have lunch reservations at the Hangry Bison in Winter Garden. After lunch, you may want to take some time to explore historic downtown Winter Garden. There are some really cute shops lining the main street (Plant St.) and a Winter Garden Museum. Due to restrictions at the restaurant, registration is limited to 32 riders. Registration will close on March 11 unless the ride fills before then.
