Leesburg East - Easy B Tour, with an optional lunch in Leesburg, begins and ends at the Ski Beach Pavilion in Venetian Gardens Park in Leesburg. From Ski Beach we cycle through Leesburg to the eastern, picturesque and rolling Sunnyside neighborhood. From Sunnyside we circumnavigate the beautiful Silver Lake. Then its off to Lake-Sumter State College for quick cycle through the campus.
As we head back to Leesburg along Main Street we pass Beacon College the first college in the country accredited to award bachelor degrees exclusively to students with learning disabilities, ADHD and other learning differences.
Lunch is on the return, just 1 block after Beacon College, at Main Street's The Brick & Barrel restaurant. We will lunch in the game room with the opportunity to use the pool table and a shuffle ball game, From the Brick & Barrel it is just a short jaunt to Ski Beach.
