How To Upload Photos

The following instructions on how to upload photos are for Members Only.  Additionally, this is only available for special events.

This feature may only be available after certain events.

1) LOG IN

Note: Instructions are for those using a computer or in Desktop mode using a smart device.
Know where your photos are located on your computer or smart device!

2) Move your mouse over your name in the upper right hand corner or select/click on your name.

3) Click on Profile.

4) Navigate to Your Website Functions and select/click on Photo Albums.

5) Click on Add Photo Album.

6) Enter Album Name using event and your name and event (e.g., H4H Ima Cyclist).

7) Menu text should be the same as Album Name.

8) UNCHECK the Visible box.

9) Other fields can remain blank.

10) Click Save.

11) Under the Maintain column, click on the pencil icon (Edit).

12) Click on Add One Photo or Add Multiple Photos.

13) FOR ONE PHOTO:

a) Click on Select Photo.

b) Navigate to where your photo is located and select/click on it to highlight it.

c) Click on Open/Upload.

d) Enter a Title (e.g., 23 H4H).

Note: *Important:
Select a Tag using the down arrow (e.g., Nat2July).

e) Enter Photographer if you prefer to.

f) Enter Date Taken by entering a date using the following format (mm/dd/yyyy) or using the calendar icon to select the date.

g) Click Save.

14) FOR MULTIPLE PHOTOS:

a) Click on Select Photos.

b) Navigate to where your photos are located and select/click each photo to highlight them.

c) Click on Open/Upload.

d) Enter Titles if you prefer to (e.g., 23 H4H 001).

Note: *Important:
Select a Tag using the down arrow (e.g., Nat2July).

e) Enter Photographer if you prefer to.

f) Enter Date Taken by entering a date using the following format (mm/dd/yyyy) or using the calendar icon to select the date.

g) Click Save.

15) Please email the webmaster webmaster@slbikeclub.org when you have uploaded the photos so they can be transferred to the public side of the Photo Albums.

Thank You for taking the time to upload your photos.
We will select a variety of photos and consolidate them with others into a Photo Album for the event.
