Oxford Assembly Church of God
Our ride will start from the Oxford Assembly Church of God (12114 US 301, Oxford, FL (just north of the post office and WaWa on 301 – please park in the spaces closest to the post office). We will meet at 8:45 AM. The ride will be at a 14 – 15 mile pace, mainly on country , for about 25 miles. The ride will conclude with lunch at Gio’s Deli. This ride is limited to 16 registrants.

Join us for this international cycling event that commemorates cyclists that were injured or killed while doing the activity that they are passionate about.
We do that by riding a 12 mile route at a slow pace and in silence. No talking, hand signals only.
This is the second year that the SLBC will be organizing this ride. Ride starts near the Brownwood Hotel & spa. Preride events start at 6.30. Ride rolls promptly at 7. The pace is held at 12 mph and broken into groups of 10. Safety outriders ride ahead to assure clear intersections. SAG is provided by our local bike shops.
The ROS is a free ride that began nationwide 22 years ago. The ride exists to HONOR those who have been killed or injured, to RAISE AWARENESS that we are here and to ask all that WE SHARE THE ROAD.
After the ride join us at a nearby restaurant with your fellow cyclists. (Sign up on separate calendar event)
