We now have a number of different routes starting from Howey. Most are around 30 miles but there are different degrees of difficulty. The January selection is titled &quot;Howie in the Hills climbing Route.&quot; (Note the Howey spelling). This route is fairly robust.<br /><br /><br />This route is 32.6 miles with 1643 feet of climbing. There are several double digit grades to climb and descend. We do the three hills on Buckhill Road plus Sugarloaf, the easier way. Riders will either download the route onto their &quot;Garmin&quot; or have paper cues that I&#39;ll provide. Once we turn onto CR 455 you are free to ride your own pace. We regroup at Green Mountain.
