It is time for a fun evening of dinner, conversation, music, dancing, and a few surprises, with your cycling friends. Enjoy a delicious Italian buffet served by Sammy’s Italian Restaurant. Listen or dance to favorite songs from the past and present. Music by Dave Lawrence featuring his favorite music videos!
Menu: salad, meatless ziti, eggplant rollatini, chicken francese, meatballs, bread -gluten free chicken francese available with advanced notice.
This party will be held at the Eisenhower Recreation Center. The doors open at 6:00 PM for seating and happy hour (BYOBeverage, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic. Cups and water will be provided). The buffet dinner begins at 6:45 PM followed by dancing until the lights go out at 9:15PM. Dress is Business Casual with a Holiday flair. Single ladies and men, please come…it’s a chance to see your bike buds. No dancing is required though there will be lots of opportunities for group dancing.
Advanced reservations are REQUIRED. The ticket price for the holiday party is $30for each member and non-member partner/guest. Reservations and payment MUST be made online. Please note:
Optional table reservations are available. If you wish to share a table with specific friends, you can reserve a table for 8 people, or reserve space at a table for less than 8.Tables have been set aside for reservations on a first come, first serve basis. If you are reserving for less than 8 people, the table will be filled with other individuals.
You must register yourself, and all your tablemates or seatmates must be registered before you contact Terry Walsh and provide him with the names of the people you are sitting with or the names of the entire table.
